GRP Grating - Flooring

The outstanding benefits of GRP moulded products have made them the preferred materials of construction for many industries, and for an increasing variety of building and process projects.  Widely used in the water and chemical industries where long term durability and corrosion resistance are essential benefits, GRP products are now a very real alternative to traditional steel, and offer significant advantages such as reduced weight, ease of handling, maintenance-free reliability, corrosion and chemical resistance, and long term cost savings.  Significant reductions in installation costs and site safety performances have also been secured.

  • Corrosion proof        - Will not rust. Outlasts metal
  • Maintenance free     - Never needs painting
  • Lightweight                - Easy to lift and install
  • Non-conductive         - Safe in electrical areas
  • Anti-slip safety          - Gritted or miniscous surface
  • Strong & durable      - Bi-directional strength
  • Weatherproof           - U.V. resistant
  • Chemical resistant  - Including corrosive areas

GRP Flooring

GRP floor panels can be very easily cut and trimmed using proprietary power tools, or even with hand-saws!  Due to the bi-directional load bearing benefit, cut panels can be fitted in any direction, thus reducing the potential for wasted product.  Its low weight means that a full size panel can be easily handled by a two-man team, thus reducing manpower and craneage costs.
